dreamlogic.net -- Crayon Shinchan creator falls to his death

Crayon Shinchan creator Yoshito Usui was identified through his dental records after falling to his death off a 120 meter tall cliff… that’s 394 feet high or 35+ stories tall! The autopsy concluded he probably passed away on September 11th when his lungs were crushed in the fall.

According to the confirmation article: [a] regular climber, Usui had left his home on the morning of Sept. 11, saying he was taking a trip to Mount Arafune. His wife filed a search request with police the following day, when he failed to return. “He was brimming with curiosity, and he often took photographs. His foot probably slipped as he took the photo,” said Futaba official Koji Shimano.

Yoshito Usui was 51 years young. RIP.
