MacGruber’s got it all: kooky comedy, awesome explosions, a ponytail-ed Val Kilmer villain, Ryan Phillipe reprising yet another military-related role, elements of An Officer and a Gentleman, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, and more importantly, 70s hair! (Okay, not like gross exaggerated belly hair like in the above photo from the promo trailer, but where else would a crafty hero hide his pennies, I ask you). All directed and co-penned by the adorkable Jorma Taccone from The Lonely Island fame.
