Happy Monday!! So if you haven’t already guessed, I am FINALLY digitizing the rest of my cds and am force-feeding you all my fave crap. This time ’round, some soul-inspired funk to shake the Monday funk.

Thanks for your patience as we continue ramping up our site …still smoldering are the ashes of Burned-Out-ville… but we’ve seen a some cool (and, unfortunately lukewarm) stuff lately, like Richard Ayoade’s film Submarine! But I’ve been MIA for, like, two years, so I’ve clearly forgotten how to write coherently.

Good thing good music speaks for itself. Or at least I personally think Mixel Pixel and Nightmares on Wax are good music. And check out the inadvertently similar neon-o-rific colour scheme in this video pair. Try to ignore the misuse of the word “your”, though.

And feel free to email me your music suggestions, as I’m always looking out for fresh talent, no matter how much of a music snob I come across as.
