MOVIES . The New World Slideshow
The film Kris and I have been looking forward to the most out of any film this year would have ot be Terrence Malick’s The New World. Being fans of The Thin Red Line, which is easily one of the most beautiful and poetic films of the past decade, to say we were excited about a new Malick project would be an understatement.
After a more than few release-date-postponements, the film is finally getting a limited release this Christmas, followed by a wide release in January. Until then, you can get a small glimpse at the film with this slideshow from the LA Times, featuring stills from one of the battle sequences.
