We just received a few new photos from Tony Scott’s upcoming film, Domino, starring Keira Knightley and Mickey Rourke. I’d like to say they’re exclusive, but our pal Josh at CinemaBlend has a few of the same ones too ;)
Here’s the official synopsis:
Keira Knightley stars in the wild action thriller Domino, the latest project from director Tony Scott (Man on Fire, Beverly Hills Cop II, True Romance). A trademark Scott film, Domino presents an entertaining mix of gritty action, biting comedy and sharp visuals. The film is inspired by the life of Domino Harvey, daughter of legendary actor Laurence Harvey and a former model who rejected her privileged Beverly Hills life to become a bounty hunter. Domino, which also features a diverse supporting cast including Lucy Liu, Christopher Walken, Mena Suvari, Mickey Rourke, Jacqueline Bisset and Delroy Lindo, is scheduled for a October 14 release.
I don’t know about you, but I think the model turned bounty hunter storyline might turn out to be pretty interesting. And the flick has quite a bit of star power. I’ll admit I like Knightley’s primarily for her looks (though Kris says she looks quite a bit like Winona Ryder…) but she and Rourke have been hot properties these days, and you can’t really go wrong with Walken (Okay, maybe in The Eternal.). I know that Scott’s recently stated to the press that he makes movies for the sole purpose of making money in order to make more films, but here’s hoping it may turn out to rank next to True Romance rather than the Costner vehicle Revenge.
Don’t forget to check out the Trailer, the Official Site, and our own Domino Contest after viewing the pictures below.
On to the pics!
