Site Update and Upcoming Reviews

So things have been pretty busy the past couple weeks, and the reviews have been a little slow in coming. This past weekend resulted in a much needed relaxation. We have a bunch of stuff in the cooker though, including reviews for The Shoe Fairy, O-oku, Udon, Noriko’s Dinner Table, and more. I still hope to have the review of Trick out in the next few weekends, queue priorities permitting.

We did catch a few mainstream titles this weekend, but I think we’re done with reviewing them for a while. It’s a bit exhausting reviewing films with such little in the way of intellectual stimulation. Our poor brains are dying watching these. In summary, The Invasion: terrible. Superbad: fun, but not something we’d ever watch again. There you go.
