Unrated Land of the Dead in Theaters for Halloween
I just received this in my email from a Chris Lombardo.
Looks like Fangoria’s going to release the uncut version of George Romero’s masterpiece, and one of my top five favorite films of the year, Land of the Dead in select theaters for the Halloween season. The only catch, the film screens one night only!
Although the film is only a slight bit longer, the new cut of the film improves the character exposition (note the new scene involving Cholo) and overall flow of the film. If you’re a dead fan, I’m sure you’ll be out there supporting this. I know I can safely say Kris and I will be in line for one of the Bay Area shows on October 17th!
