Oh wow! Looks like Sony Pictures Classics is releasing Satoshi Kon’s latest, Paprika. Also looks like the little bugger has earned itself a phatty-boom-batty R rating. If you don’t know Satoshi Kon, you really don’t know what you’re missing. Check out the trailer here.

  2. Oh, it’s been popular for quite some time. But they haven’t had a theatrical release of an anime film here in the US for quite some time. I think the last one was Cowboy Bebop the Movie (Howl’s Moving Castle and Spirited Away I wouldn’t lump into the regular anime category).
