I haven’t touched Adium (like Trillian for Mac with a green duck for a logo) since I quit working for Apple, but I have a shiny new MacBook Pro at me new job at Yahoo!, so I cruised on over to the Adium website to check out what’s new in their icon-mania. Right smack on the first page of downloadable extras (you can customize dock and status icons, emoticons, etc) is a frighteningly entertaining quip written by the French icon designer of the dock icon “a French Love”.

Because it is second in popularity ranking only to Domokun which I used to have at one point because he would jump around in your taskbar when you received a message, it makes me want to research the obsession with Nokia (if any) in France.

Here is the description:

One upon a time a strange story of a strange Love:
a green Duck and… a Nokia 6600!!! (what doing in case of babies??? ;-D

Yes, yes … you guessed: It’s in reality the…”a French Duck! 2: The Return! ”

I promised more animations and that’s it!

It’s my second X(tra), this time this file contains 2 versions of “a French Love!”: an english and a… French version (surprising isn’t It? ;-)

Please when you comment on it, use a simple english, please! I’m still french and my english is still bad too :-(

… By the way (tongue and language is the same word in french):
